Created by the former Attorney General of Colorado Bob Troyer, VRP Diagnostics is a mission-driven organization focused on reducing and preventing violence through evidence-based measurement. The organization equips frontline programs and practitioners with diagnostic tools that clarify impact, strengthen strategy, and support long-term funding and sustainability.
At the core of VRP’s approach is the ability to make internal identity transformation visible and measurable—moving beyond surface-level metrics to capture meaningful change. It’s not just data; it’s actionable insight designed to reduce harm today and strengthen prevention for the long term.
I was commissioned to lead a ground-up brand build, establishing the organization’s visual identity, brand architecture, and strategic positioning. This included developing a comprehensive design system and producing a wide range of assets across digital, print, presentation, and stakeholder-facing materials—ensuring clarity, credibility, and consistency across every touchpoint.
