NOSH is a local-first, restaurant-owned delivery platform built for people who care where their money goes. Structured as a cooperative, NOSH is collectively owned by the very restaurants it serves—meaning the people cooking the food also have a stake in the technology delivering it. It’s not another venture-backed app chasing scale at any cost; it’s shared infrastructure designed to keep profits, power, and decision-making in the hands of local operators.

The “Order Like You Give a Damn” campaign positions NOSH as the delivery platform for people who value real food made by real people. By rejecting extractive tech models and reinvesting in independent restaurants, NOSH proves that convenience doesn’t have to come at the expense of culture, fairness, or dignity. Every order strengthens a cooperative ecosystem—transforming everyday delivery into an act of community investment and building momentum that extends far beyond the first click.

I led the creative direction for the campaign, overseeing brand narrative development, visual identity systems, and integrated rollout strategy. In addition to establishing the conceptual framework and messaging architecture, I managed cross-functional teams across design, motion, copy, experiential, and digital channels to ensure cohesive execution at every touchpoint. From campaign positioning to multi-channel deployment, my role focused on translating strategic intent into culturally resonant creative that could scale while maintaining integrity to the cooperative mission
