Chilljoy is a robotics-driven soft serve company that merges playful indulgence with precision engineering. Through sleek, automated dispensing systems, the brand delivers consistently perfect swirls in seconds — eliminating friction while elevating the dessert experience through thoughtful industrial and interaction design.
I was responsible for developing a scalable, adaptive brand system engineered for multi-platform application. The system included logo architecture, motion language, color strategy, typographic hierarchy, iconography, and a modular component framework designed to function seamlessly across UI/UX environments, animated interface states, web design, product touchpoints, environmental graphics, and apparel.
Particular emphasis was placed on motion design principles within the interface — crafting micro-interactions, loading animations, and transition states that reinforced the brand’s personality while maintaining clarity and usability.
As Chilljoy has expanded to over 200 machines nationwide, the brand system has continued to evolve in parallel with operational scale. Ongoing refinements ensure visual cohesion, production efficiency, and experiential consistency across physical kiosks, digital platforms, and consumer-facing brand extensions.
